I installed flash, shockwave, and java but I still can not view the pictures on this website.? |
Here is the website http://www.nbc10.com/news/13806212/detai... On the right there is a photo gallery but when I click it, the pop up appears but the icon in the middle keeps going around like its loading but never stops. I installed the latest flash, shockwave, and java so what am I still missing? This also happens for movies on this site. The pictures show up on my laptop, just not my desktop. If it is pop up related, check any pop up blocker settings, may be they are set to not allow the download in the pop up. If not, check any other security settings. Also, check the websites help or FAQ sections. if using internet explorer, to test, and only if you trust the site, reset all web settings via internet options tab under tools, and temporarily disable pop up blockers or anti spy ware/ anti virus until you find the download works, at least then you will know which program is blocking it. (remember to re-enable all ) |
