I've found some pictures of my ex that she posted on a photo gallery online, she clearly looks pregnant. When contacted about it, she denied it and said 'even if I was it's none of your buissness' Well considering that I was sleeping with her right when she started dating her current boyfreind, I know that if she is then it is VERY likely that it is mine. So how do I go about finding out if/when she gives birth? I would like to get a cout ordered paternity test immediatly after but I have no idea how to find out if she is actually pregnant and if so when/where she gives birth.
yes I would court order and get an attorney. What is the bigger issue however is if it is yours what are you going to do with this information? Are you seeking revenge because she has a new man in her life or do you want to be a good dad in this kids life? just a few things to think about prior to the results and expense to attorney. hire a private investigator, get a paternity test and then sue her in court for the costs if it is yours...good luck
Contact an attorny. Though if that new boyfriend signs the birth certificate you're screwed.
