Best Linux Distro for Web Site/Server?

I am trying to find a distro that includes software/packages to run the following services.

BBS or Forum coupled with a Photo Gallery System.
- I like the looks of the Demonoid and DistroWatch Forums, clean, easy to read.
- Allows registered forum users to post their photos.
E-mail system.
- To handle my site's incoming/outgoing mails, NOT be a public e-mail service.

I know that many distoro's package list includes the Apache Web Server, PHP, Perl, MySQL, and 2 or 3 E-mail Systems, but I don't know the names of the major Linux-based forums or photo gallery packages.
Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

http://www.linux.org/ will give you the most in-depth information about the various Linux distributions.

As a quick shortcut, here's a link to all the various Linux photo gallery applications:
http://www.linux.org/perl-bin/search_db?...

Also, here's a direct link to a complete searchable applications breakdown (by type):
http://www.linux.org/apps/

Once you find a nice app that works for you, you'll find a distribution selector available here, which you can narrow down based on a few criteria you enter:

Happy hunting!
Windows Server 2003 (jk)
For ease of use and support, try Red Hat.

CentOS is also not a bad one.
