What is the technique behind this photo ?

And I'm sure there is no editing works behind this.. They should have used a special kind of camera ( or a combination of camera & dreass) which reveals body parts...
anyone knows ?

No....it is the light and the sheer fabric...oooohh boobies...grow up
and the tight dress... no x-ray camera involved here or Clark Kent special vision.
well, my guess its just see through clothing... or a very good set of super-imposed-boobs! can easliiy be made in photoshop, just need a pic of a pair of boobs that match good with the photo to make it easier and more believable!
