Why can't I see kodak gallery as an option to transfer my photos to?

I received a message stating that Yahoo Photos was closing, and I could transfer my photos to one of five choices, including Kodak Gallery. When I follow the link in the e-mail, however, I don't see Kodak Gallery as an option. Why is this?

I had the same question - called Kodak support today, who informed me there is a technical issue but that the link should be back up 'within the week'. At that time, we still have the option (until mid Sept) to select their side for migration.
