My children live abroad and they take pictures with a digital camera and upload to Yahoo/Kodak/Snapfish web based photo gallery. I enjoy seeing the pictures. I wish their voices could also be tagged with the photos. Is that possible and will i be able to hear the sound files? I am using Windows 98.
i am afraid that might not be possible. most of these web based photo services only allow to upload photo files (.gif, .jpg, .bmp, .tif etc) and these types of photo files cannot embed music. for that you need some macromedia flash objects.
i am not sure if they can upload video files. that might solve your problem. if they take small video clips using moblie phones, the file size is small enough to be uploaded to these sites. they can also upload video files to http://www.youtube.com , its good for video. good luck |
