I am trying to decide which of the photo services is better...Flicker, Shutterfly,Kodak Gallery, snapfish,? |
or Photobucket ? I want to save some of my treasured photos, some of them I can never duplicate them because the subjects no longer exists. They have much sentimental value than monetary value. Can anyone tell me which one to choose and why ? Ive tried both flicker and photobucket and I have to agree with the first answer, it is best to backup on a disk. Flickr is ok but if you dont upgrade to pro for 20 something a year then you cant download your saved pictures at the same quality they were uploaded and more than one at a time. Photobucket has been good to me so far but I dont think it is best for storing high resolution images. Look around, but I would suggest backing up on disks and then going with the online storage that you like the most. If anything ever happened to any of these sites you will be happy to know you still have the pics put away somewhere. Good luck! me personally, i like snapfish.Their site is free and I just earned 2 free credits for ordering pictures.
