College Decision Help?

I was wondering if there were any good colleges for my desired major (Business or International Business/Studies) preferably in TX unless I can get a huge scholarship out of state.

I don't think I'm that good/smart compared to other people.

-Junior
-GPA: 3.75 Rank: 325/1367 (Top 24%)
-SAT: CR: 540, M: 620, W:540 = 1700
-AP: World History (10), U.S History (11), English 3 (11), Spanish 4 (11), I plan on taking more AP courses.
-Quad-lingual: (English, Canto, Manderin, Spanish)

-Clubs/Positions: Key, NHS, L.A.S.E.R, Photo- Secretary, Spanish- Photographer, Orchestra (Not a club)- Class Reporter... I did Crimestoppers and Pops Orch in 9th grade.
-Volunteering: Therapeutic (Special Needs), Teen Court (Attorney), did H.W Center, Tutoring, Office-Aid in 10th grade, and various one-time NHS events.
-Hours: I know it's more than 100.
-Awards/Honors: Volunteering, Violin, Photography

That's pretty much a short resume. Any advice would be great, Thanks!

Oh and if I have a chance of being accepted into them.

Your major is one that most schools have, so it should be pretty easy for you to find a nice school. Your SAT scores aren't that high, and I don't know your AP scores (that would help!) so I don't see you getting a big scholarship. You could get a lot of need-based aid, if that's the problem. And you can always apply for government aid. Fill our your FAFSA!
Go buy a book of the top colleges. If you aren't going to a book store soon look at US News's list online. You can search their list by major and by state, so you'll be able to find a lot of universities within your state and your price range that are good universities. From those schools, select your 4 or 5, whatever, and apply when the time comes.

UT, UNT, SMU, Rice, Houston...Texas has lots of schools that are acceptable for business.
