My wife is going to school for Photography and was are about to buy another camera and I got to wondering about all the different light set-ups that a photographer uses and was curious if you the place you work at provides that equipment or do the individual photographers provide all of their own equipment.
It's really up to you. I've been at places that do both. If you are issuing the equip, then you at least know how to work it & you already know the quality that the equip produces. However, all good photographers should have good equip & assuming that your employees would, then that would save you an poop load of money.
