I recently quit my job at a day care because I wasnt happy. Im not sure what I want to do next. I love working with kids, i defiently dont want to work in another daycare, but Im not sure if I want to stay in that career. My problem is i live in a very small town and dont want a long commute to work, there arent many oppurtunities in my town. I would still like a job with computers or photography. I love to take pictures. I also like making my own signs, greeting cards, etc, and I love to scrapbook. Any suggestions on a job in small town with these interests. make crafts and sell them If you still like working with kids, how about social work with your state agency? Many have trainee positions and it really takes someone who loves kids to work in that kind of position. How about selling your photographs online - making money every time someone downloads one of your photos. Even getting requests for custom photo shoots - Here is a good company to consider for doing just that:
