I want to become a photographer once I get out of college and I was wondering what kind of photography would pay the most and where. Like I am think the modeling photography and scenery (think i spelt that wrong) would pay the most or is there one that pays better? Aside from just getting into the normal routine styles of photography, you may want to earn some additional income by selling your images as stock photos. Then, designers may buy your photos for use in advertisements, websites, and the like. Yes, modeling does pay a lot but wedding and events photography is a sure hit. A lot of people need photographers for weddings. There are a lot of events so you can also be sure that you won't run out of costumers. Money isnt a good reason to get into the industry, passion is. Every second person with a camera thinks of doing weddings and portraits. Commercial pays ok, if your world class like Anne Geddes then you will make a lot of money. |
