Is it possible to find a job as a forensics (Crime Scene) photographer anywhere in the th United States?

I've become very interested in Crime Scene Photography and I would be very pleased to find oppurtunites as one. Any information is highly appreciated, thank you.

almost every police department has a crime scene investigation dept, It is getting harder and harder to land a job there because there are so many people looking to get that job. You need at least a crime scene investigator certificate, which is about one year at some junior colleges. Source(s): I am studing to becaome a crime scene investigator.
yes, crime does pay
The federal government has an official position for a forensic photographer sometimes you can find an opening in your area.
I think inorder to be a forensics science, you need to have a BA in criminal justice
yes it is everywhere i think that sounds like a fun job yay
