How to i find out where celebrities are at certain locations,times?


i would really appreciate if you could direct me to a website towards this, as i am trying to start freelance photography and see where that gets me, as other job ventures have failed and i have now had to resort to soing on the dole. this is very disheartening for me as i am a qualified law clerk and physcologist. please can you help me?
