Even I have Bachelor of Arts in Photography of London and enrolled as an Associate of the Royal Photograpic Society of Great Britain ,also Awarded Associate of the Photographic Society of New York, but wasn't at the aged of 60,only aged 45,why couldn't I have the right to find a job?
Firstly employers look for staff with competitive wages. If a fresh graduate and a person with 10 years experience is fighting for the same job, the employer will recruit the one with lower salary and better qualification.Unless the person is willing to lower his salary expectation near to the fresh graduate (Which is almost impossible), then he stand a chance.
You should try to look around and maybe think of changing career. If you are experience in phototaking, you can also look for jobs as a freelance photographer. |
