Any suggestions on medical schools and/or universities within England? |
Also, how long in advance should I apply to an university? Concentrate on getting A's in about four or five subjects. When you get to A level concentrate o getting A's as well because my friends are applying and its tough. I can't tell you about photography but general studies and critical thinking are not looked upon favourably and at some med schools, any subject with less than 60% therory is not considered good enough.Just get your GCSEs first. However grades are not the be all and end all: You apply when your in AS levels, they'll have these grades to look at as well as your GCSE's. Plus you NEED experience, grades are not enough. My Bf's sister got straight A's but didn't get in, you need experience. When i was looking at medicine it was 15 people competing for every 1 place available so you need to stand out. |
