What private art school has the best photography program? |
SVA? And why is it the best. I'm not so sure about Ringling, when I went there, they only had 1 photography class... you may want to check New England School of Art or Rhode Island School of Design. Art institute of Chicago. I know a few people from there, i like their work. |
