so..Duke sounds pretty awesome.Do they offer journalism classes?what about photography?(journalism more important that the photography)does an A and high B student have a good chance of getting into that school.??
Duke, like most colleges, offers classes in journalism. However, you should really be visiting their website or the actual campus (and talking with guidance counselors there) about the classes they offer. Duke is very hard to get into. However, it is private, so even if you are not in North Carolina you still have a fair chance of getting in. This might surprise you, but hardly any colleges just look at your grades. Other important parts of admission are extracurriculars, volunteer work, your application, application essay and if applicable, your interview. Your best bet is to contact the university personally where you can request a pamphlet with a lot more information.
