Hi, I'm 20 years old and I just wanna ask something. I cant decide what I wanna do. I'm interested in doing Broadcast journalism but i'm scared that I wont be good at it. Its something I've always wanted to do. Do u study something that interests u or do u do something that ur good at. I already graduated from Drama school and I wanna do something else to fall back on. I also like photography and special effects make up. I had business subjects at high school bcoz we didnt hav much to choose from. I know that I'll be good at office/admin work but that does not interest me. HELP!!!!!!!!!
Do what interests you. Think about it:you will wake up everyday and go to work(which you hate) and do that till the day you resign. Why not do what fulfills you and makes you happy?Don't worry about being good at it, Im sure every student worries about that, it's natural. Journalism is something that changes all the time and is probably one of the most exciting jobs out there unlike office work, its always the same thing over and over again.Go for it!!! |
