Photographers Assistant?

Are there any photographers in the Southern California area that are looking for an assistant? Or if there are any photographers out there with a studio who need a helping hand. I am looking for a photography position, but the studios in my town are not hiring.

call all your wedding photographers in the area or close by and ask them if they can train you too do this job and that you really want it bad. thats what i did, and on sat i am going to meet with a photographer thats willing to help meout. of course if she can afford to train you thou.

Call 5-6 photographers in your area. Tell them you want to learn and will work cheap. Tell them you are hot.
Photographers love to put on a show when shooting. Their favorite way is to have a chick waiting on them in front of clients. 5-6 will keep you pretty busy. Work freelanceThat means you work today for the one who pays you when they get paid.
