Dress problem? |
last night we went to a friends engagement party, i am incredibly slim and i modle for a few photography studios. the function was a formal dress occasion, so i wore a indigo dress, well its a bare midriff and long skirt, my slit came above my knee but is 15cm away from my hip. some jehovas witness friends of ours were there and the husband made a stink saying that it was distasteful and he was offended . my man says i looked amazing and so did a few people but i really didnt mean to offend. it wasnt his function but has created very ugly stories and i dont know what to do. was i being offensive? Wow!!! Well people have different impacts on things. especially Jehovah Witness people. My cousin and aunt are that and their dramatic sometimes. You should just forget about it and if he keeps talking about you confront him or have your mother or father set his stuff straight. he has no right to say things about you. Plus he was probably jealous his wife doesn't look as good as you. His also probably jealous that his daughter can't model. But anyways just forget about him don't let and ignorant person like that put you down. As long as the person who's event that was had no problem then you got nothing to worry about. Well some religious groups are very up tight about certain dress codes. I think that husband was out of line, but if you knew religious people would be there, why not dress down? those religious people suck...don't listen to them You shouldn't worry about offending people like that. Be true to yourself and let them have their own problems. if you dont think its offensive dont worry about it. I bet you did look pretty. tell them god will be your judge not them and you wear what you feel comfortable in...you dont tell them what to wear why should they tell you what to wear its none of there business |
