You don't mention budget or experience of the photographer. Most any brand of camera will do the trick. The two most popular would be Canon or Nikon. I don't know Nikon so I can't address that. In the Canon's, there's the Rebel XTI at the low end, 30D in the middle and Mark III at the high end. But, as all photographers know, the glass is what sets the pros apart from the amatuers. Canon L glass is luxurious and priced to match.
