How much would you pay for someone to come to your house with a mobile photography studio? |
Hope this is in the right forum!! I'm wanting to set up in business by going to peoples houses and taking lights, backdrop etc so they are in the comfort of their own home. The kids will be a lot more relaxed and happy. How much would you pay for this service including 20 high res images on a CD? (Bearing in mind that Olan Mills charge 拢10 for a studio fee and 拢225 for a CD!!) People can do their own prints, canvases etc then and I won't rip them off by adding extras on! MMM i'm going to fly in the face of what seems to be popualr opinion here. My sister and my best friend both took their kids to be photographed professionally and the results were fantastic. (They both have GORGEOUS kids of course - biased or what?!) Don't know how much i would pay though - charge what you believe to be reasonable. Sorry i can't be more helpful. PS i think you are right in saying that your photography subjects will be more relaxed on their own territory. Good Luck! Absolutely nothing. I like taking my own pictures. Nothing nothing, my husband and I love taking pictures of our son I would not pay a penny - with a modern digital camera, laptop and decent printer why would I pay someone to take pictures of my family that I am capable of doing myself, as are the many modern parents. Also even if they had a digital camera but no home PC they can still take their camera to say, Boots, to get their pictures processed. So I do not think your idea is financially viable, sorry. |
