Does Anyone Have Tips On Where And How To Hire Models For Photography?

From a somewhat frustrated photographer......

I don't know how relevant all this will be because of the subject matter and locale. Chances of another adelaide soul readint this might be slim to zero....

Anyway does anyone know some good tips to hiring models
for photographic work? Look in my profile and it should direct
you to my art page and my photos. That's the sort of thing I want to do...

But locally not too many agencies will let private photographers use their models and those that do cut you off after a while if your work is "non commercial" and won't bring n the $$$$$. And don't get me started on models that advertise on the internet. I have had nothing but headache from that area........

But if anyone knows anything else I could try post an answer.

Not an adelaidian, but if you can post notices in local papers, colleges, art and beauty schools, craigslist.org, etc..., let them know what your looking for, you will probably find some interest.
