Best camera for skateboarding photography?


i am an aspiring skateboarding photographer and i have a digitial camera right now but its not very well suited for skating.so i would really appreciate advice on cameras and maybe some tips on shooting and such.my budget is under $700.THANKS!!

The Nikon D40 is a great camera and would be well suited to your needs
kodak and cannon is good just make sure it has the action option in it
skateboarding photography was an action shots,you have to use Shutter Speed at 1/2000 seconds for any types of Cameras,I am one of the sports photographer in Singapore,which I knew that very well.
I'd go for a cheap 35mm nikon fm2. Transworld recommended it for begginners in the photography issue.
