HOMEWORK HELP!Anyone can help me in this!!!!!PLEAAASE!!!!!?

Ok,so i need to find a job application for becoming a wildlife photographer or an artist[like drawing portraits,scenery, or painting,anything crafty],anywhere on the computer for my english homework. I cant find ONE application on any of this anywhere on the computer! ALL I NEED IS AN APPLICATION FOR THESE TWO THINGS. It doesnt matter what city,country,the job is in because i wont be applying for it. I just have to find one and print it out.

2. federal application
