If you could have your portrait painted by any artist, alive or dead, who would it be? |
You're allowed any artist from any era, and actually any discipline, not just painters (sculptor, photographer, whatever). Norman Rockwell hey mister........ you look like one of my tutors.......... i'd have to say... by myself from thirty years in the future....... at least then i'd know if i'm just wasting my time or not..... the world doesn't need another mediocre artist..... I think Seurat would do my pale, curvy body justice- plus I'd prefer to go back to his time to have it done than to have it done today. As a photog, my prices are all inclusive and no tips are expected. I charge based on the job requirements and expenses then add in a profit margin based on my time and talent. I have been tipped... Many professional photographers use a soft focus filter on the camera to get the look you mention. This has been done for many years, long before Photoshop. The Zoom works well, and it takes decent daytime pictures. ...
