Real Estate Photography Question?

For commercial photographers: How would you price out a real estate gig for a developer? I have three locations to shoot...unsure of the number of photos to be used in marketing. Little to no extra production costs. I am a portrait/ wedding photographer by trade, but I have this new opportunity to expand my portfolio. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

honestly? i started shooting architectural and realestate because i can't afford to hire a photographer to shoot my work for me (they charge 100 to 200 dollars an hour for the shoot, plus post processing and prints and disks, gets crazy expensive) besides for all that bread they still weren't getting the subtle tones of my work to my satisfaction.
in my experience realestate agents don't know a good photograph from a hole in the ground and the certainly don't want to pay you for your time and efforts, architects are a little different.
faux finish artists are arrogant and bossy and picky as the dickens, exteemly difficult to work with and for but they will pay.

I would base your rate on an hourly rate equivalent to what you charge for weddings.
I charge $100 an hour for my time. If there is little or no post production time charge your hourly fee plus a charge for a CD. Make sure you have a minimum charge though. It might take you 15 minutes to do the shots for a small house. You will make nothing if you charge them $25.
Include any expenses you will have ie. travel, gas, cd's etc into your fee.
