How can I make my own photography studio? |
I'm talkin' cheap, stuff I can get at home depot.... lights, reflectors etc... can I buy fabric at a store (wide-width) and use as a background? What kind do you suggest? What kinds of lights can I buy (home depot.) For portrait photography...until I can afford the real stuff.... web sites wit good instructions (free) would be cool. THANKS!! Work lights with a tripod will give you plenty of light to work with. I use standard width yardage I buy at the $1 a yard table at Wal-Mart, but I did spend about a hundred dollars on a portable background stand made by Savage. It was well worth the money. I use Tota-lights by Lowel for my hot lights and eventually as you make some money you may want to look into purchasing one of those with an umbrella. Most of the lighting I do is dramatic for models portfolios, so one light is usually enough. Source(s): Editorial, sports and glamour photographer |
