When does complaining start to become 'abuse', 'bullying' or 'harrassment'? - What are our rights? |
My organisation provides video/photography services. Unfortunately we've let a customer down, and not managed to deliver them a product within a time frame that suited them. We had no service level agreed, and half way through the works, the client changed the requirement (adding to the time involved in completing the video editting and photography prints). Now the client has decided they want a full refund, of their deposit, which we have agreed. We believe we are within our rights to promote the work we have done, i.e. snippets of the video, and a small selection of photos appearing on our website. The client has began making various threats and allegations which are aggressive. The complaints have turned to very aggressive abuse, harrassment and bullying through (what we believe to be) false legal threats. No doubt the client is bad mouthing our company to many people, and delivery lots of bad publicity for us. Where are our legals rights as a business? A strongly worded letter of your own - preferably from your company's legal representative - stating that you have apologised for any shortcomings in the service you provided up to & including making a full refund and that you consider any relationship that you had with them to be closed. It is probably best not to antagonise them by using what they may consider to be their clips. I'm sure that you have plenty of others. it becomes abuse when you and your company feel threatened and scared www.antibully.tk (my website) If things are happing with you so why are you looking for organizations like that i will suggest you that there are so many good and reputative organizations that are providing worldwide services and intact their reputations so visit their and enjoys the services offers by them for doing it just go through the url given below...... http://www.eplot.com.au http://www.eplot.com.au |
