you know in the professional pictures of photographers they take a picture in black and white but theres one item that is in color. I was wondering how do you do that???? Is there a program on the computer??? Adobe Photoshop is a good program for that. You can select parts of the picture you want to keep in color by highlighting the area with your computer mouse/selection tool. Then you can select the rest of the picture by going under "select" an picking "Inverse". Then you go under "Image" -->"Adjustments"--> "desaturate. What you originally highlighted remains in color, the rest will be Black and White. You can do it in photoshop.
