Can someone suggest a good book to learn professional photography please? |
I am an amateur photographer and work with my own rules about photography. But I would like to pursue my hobby more professionally. Can someone suggest some good book related to photography? I would expect the book to give me technical as well as aesthetic hints. Someone out there can help me? Thanks in advance. Professional Techniques for Black & White Digital Photography By Patrick G. Rice Professional Techniques for Pet and Animal Photography By Muska, Debrah H. Rangefinder's Professional Photography: Techniques and Images from the Pages of Rangefinder Magazine By Edited by Bill Hurter, Bill Hurter As a photographer I can say that no book will make you better. Yes you can learn some technical info (and all the books will give them to you) but for aesthetic you will have to find your own eye in photography. My teacher used to tell me not to look other photographers cause i will shoot like them (and he was half true). Practice is the best scholl especially in photography and with the digital ERA now life is much easier. I own more than 50 books and all of them are the same more or less. Any book will give you the basics. photography can not be learn thru books it is a practical course u hv to learn thru mistakes or by a practical course |
