How much do I charge for Ariel Photography?

I am a professional photographer and a gentalman asked me to do ariel photography with him. He is getting his helicopter liscence in a few months so we need to figure how much to charge. Mostly we would be doing it for real estate agents but for personal people also. If any one knows how much to charge them, please tell me..

i would say to charge time + cost + Dificulty.
