What are professional photographers rates, is there anywhere some pricelist on the net? It really depends on a lot of things. Photographers who live in big cities are going to charge a lot more than those who live in smaller towns. Also, it depends on what type of photographic work they are doing. If you are looking into wedding photographers, then good luck! Most people average around $2,000 + (at least in the area I am in). I am sure if you want someone who does landscaping it may be more or less, but I've never priced it out before so I am not sure. The best way to do things is go through your phone book or one online and try and look up the photographers to see if they have websites--then check their pricings.
