Question about professional pictures? |
I'm getting my senior pictures done in a few weeks. I was wodering if anyone knows how long it usually take for professional pictures to get done by photographers. I ask because I want to send them to a friend and he was wondering when i would be able to send them. So how long does it take for professional pictures to get developed? If your previews are being mailed to you it might take up to three Weeks. Doing the paperwork, matching up and mailing takes time. Some studios allow you to see your previews on line within 24 hours. They give you a pass code and you can share it with whom ever you choose. Since different studios do things differently, I suggest you ask at the time of your sitting. like with lifetouch? usually a few months. Depends on how busy they are...sometimes it only takes a day, and others can take up to 2 1/2 weeks!! Good luck with your pix!! It depend son the photographer. Most use digital and can get them to you very quickly. When I had my seniors done (8 years ago) it took a couple of weeks. I had some family pics taken last year and it took 3 days to get the proofs and another couple to get the prints. A lot of photographers shoot digitally now so it can be done within a few hours. I would go through the yellow pages and ask. |
