What is the recommended flashgun for the Nikon D3? |
I own the D3 and I have recently got into professional photography i have a job coming up and was wondering what flashgun is recommended for the D3 as i have just moved over from Canon. SB800, SB600, or SB400 will work and you'll have full iTTL functionality. I use the Nikon SB-800 as a back up and the Metz 45cl-4 Digital as my main Flash it is far stronger and has fill flash. For a D3, the best choice would be the Nikon SB-800. It's Nikon's most powerful flash and give you Command & wireless slave capabilites. The tilting, swiveling head, along with the automatic zooming give you many lighting options. Depends on what you are shooting. You are a pro who move from Can to Nik? and you don't know which flash to use? I think you are bogus man. |
