Professional Photography Help!!?

Can anybody teach me how to keep your main subjects still, and then rotate only the background, for example, a church as a background, it is rotated at about 45 degrees, but the subjects in front, let say some people posing, remained at a 90 degree angle, and all this was done without any special angle lens, anybody know?

by using a wideangle lens at the proper angle and distance from subjec and background you can get a similar effect, though it may not be as dramatic as you would like it to be.
I think you need Photshop or some similar software for such image manipulation. Or a double exposure with one shot at the needed angle and the second straight. Or take two separate exposures and print them together.
