Which is the best college/school to learn Professional Photography in US,UK,France and Austrila?


I am amatuer Photography student and would like to purse my career in Photography. Anyone suggest me the best college with reasonable tution fee

http://www.rca.ac.uk - more advanced

An apprenticeship with a pro photographer may be more fruitful
