Why do my photos look great on screen but print out the subject's skin orange. Colours of clothes remain true. |
I have a new Samsung Digimax D73 camera. < If i scan over photos taken years ago with a very old fashioned camera - before digital - & then print out - there is no problem at all - perfect! > Are the photos in question taken indoors under artifical light? If so, the colour balancing capabilities of the digital camera might not have adequately corrected for the 'orange cast' of the artificial light. On-screen images we tend to view less critically than prints, in addition to which there is the issue of how accurately the colour balance, colour saturation, and contrast of your monitor has been set! PhotoShop has a utility of some sort to help you 'tweak' this. ok.. proberbly your printer settings are wrong have you set it for the correct paper type Simple dude, the configuration regarding printer is mixed up or should i say that somehow wrong ink is placed in some wrong place, thats why your skin color comes out orange |
