What are some good Digital Cameras under $250.?

I've had Sony Cybershot but it too expensive and takes forever to take a picture....then ive had kodak easy share and samsung but i want something new, lite,thin and simple.

What do you recommend??

Get on ebay and look for Lynda's cameraworld. I bought my son a slim 8 megapixel from there, and it is also a camcorder and mp3 player. Takes good pics and very small and cheap!
