Well I bought a digital camera about 4 months ago, and just 4-5 days ago, the zoom in button stopped working. The zoom out button works, but it just wont go in. Any suggestions? The camera does have a warranty on it, so I can send it back if I need to, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something. I haven't dropped the camera, or done any other damage to it that would make it stop working- so I don't know what happened. Thanks! Sadly- compact digicams are not repairable by mortals. You need to send it in to the authorized service center.
I assume that you've tried new batteries? |
