Hi, i want a oppinion about the best digital camera?

i am cosidering samsung NV11 and sony cybershot DSC-T100. pls tell me ur experiences with both and which 1 should I buy.

I would go for the Sony.I have a DSC-T9 and I love it.The DSC-T100 adds more features to an already great camera.

That sony is awesome! I just bought my girlfriend one similar. Sony, lower model sleek and slim for half the price and it is awesome.

I would totally recommend that sony DSC-T100. I want one soooo bad!!!

Sorry, cannot comment on the 2 models mentioned, but the following may help. What do you want to do with it, what price. I do sport photography, portraits and outdoor scenes. My Fine pix S5600, (without face detection) is on sale in Europe at 150 Euros. You get 5 mega pixels, a 10 times optical zoom, flash, auto-assist lamp and a lens-ring that will allow accessory fitting (filters etc). As with any telescope you absolutely must keep the camera steady. Yes, the camera is rather large and looks like an SLR. It also uses standard rechargeable batteries.You also get a viewfinder as well as the usual screen. The trend by some manufacturers to not fit a viewfinder may save cost, but try to see the screen with the sun behind you. Also, try taking a picture of a bird in flight or a fast motorcycle on the track just using the screen. Regarding the number of pixels, it is the bit of glass in front of the detector that counts. Hope this will help, but the real trick with any digital camera is KEEP IT STILL. Your best accessory will be a sturdy tripod.

I GOT A SAMSUNG LAST MONTH, DO NOT BUY!!! MINE BROKE I USED IT ONCE AND KEPT IN THE CASE WENT TO USE IT FORTH OF JULY IT NO LONGER OPENS. POS.

If I were to buy a digital camera, I wouldn't have thought of anything but a Canon Powershot E-series. That's given the best performance out of all the cameras I have used. Samsung stands nowhere before a Canon, so far as digital photography is concerned. Nor Sony.
