I have a Samsung Digimax S800 and i plugged it into my computer and it said new hardware found and everything but nothign popped up for me to import my pictures to the computer . And i cant figure out how to do that . Can someone please help me . I don't know what Operating system you use but
find and open the Windows Explorer if you use Windows.
There on the left pane you should see an additional drive letter which corresponds to the camera memory.
Better click on each drive letter, one of them will reveal your photos.... if it says new hardware found you have to configure it with your computer and THEN you plug in your usb port again and it should let you import pics from there |
