How do I remove hidden pictures from my digital camera?

I have a Samsung Digimax U-CA 5. Recently, when I "delete all pictures" from the memory card, some pictures remain. The camera itself says that there are no images, but when I go to download the pics to my computer or to work with them at a development kiosk, the same old pictures that I had wiped are still on there with the new ones. I would really like to remove them - any ideas how to do that?

You should format your memory card. This is done in the Menu of the camera. Check your user manual if you don't know how to do it.
But, first make sure you upload all the photos (that you want to keep)...to your PC, because formatting will delete everything on your card.
Memory cards should be formatted every now and then to help prevent card errors.
good luck...

It sounds like you might have protected those pictures, in which case formatting may not work. I'd try that first, but if it fails you could try looking at your protection options.
