What's the deal with this digital camera?

I have the Samsung Digimax A 503,and I have fresh batteries in it,and when I cut the camera on it's LCD screen is plain white.Nothing happens,I push the shutter button and a flash goes off,but no picture appears.Also,I have tried pushing all buttons and nothing works.What's wrong with it?

Well if I were you I would return it and get a better camera. Samsung is a low end, low quality, camera company so I would recomend a Canon. They are high quality, and high end campany and there cameras are perfect! (I own one and my family owns one) And get one at BH Photo, they sell cameras cheap and some with kits! And no you can't fix that piece of junk!

Many have similar complain as you.go change it, and get a nikon, canon or sony. these are a real quality camera

Sounds like it's broke. If it's one year or less old and you have your receipt contact Samsung for service as they have a 1 year warranty.
