MY CAMERA iS A SAMSUNG DiGiMAX S800 Have you installed the Driver, if not you need to in stall it. When you bought the Camera you should have received a CD with it. Put the CD into the Computer and click on run, this will install the driver. Connect the camera to the computer with the cable that was supplied with the camera, once connected turn the camera on and follow the on screen instructions. Have you installed the driver? Did you plug your camera into the correct port.? Read the instructions that came with your camera carefully. |
