How do you clean a dirty camera screen?

I have a Samsung digital camera with a fairly large display screen. It has become very dirty with fingerprints and stuff all over it. I tried to wipe it with a soft cloth but it didn't work. How can I clean my screen without scratching or damaging it?

i guess the easiest solution is to use the same stuff you use to clean the lense... windex or some other alchohol based solution (put a little of it on the rag... not the screen)... use the clothe from the camera lense... those dont leave streaks or disintegrate because of the cleanin solution...

you can buy cloths to clean them properly.

Try putting a small amount of alcohol on a very soft cloth. This should dissolve and remove any finger prints.

dampen a cloth with windex, (soft cloth) wipe gently with camera off ..

Use LCD cleaning solution or similar.
