I received a Samsung digital camera for my birthday , It's the L730 . In less than 1 month the battery died

I received a Samsung L730 digital camera for my birthday .
In less than one month the battery died ( it's defective ) . I know that it was bought at Circuit City . So far I have had no luck on getting help from Circuit City or Samsung customer service .
What should I do ? I need help . Thank you all ...

I've tried recharging and it doesn't recharge . Also I only used it 2 times in one month .

Circuit City exchanges purchase within 14 days of purchase.
Now you are within Samsung Warranty and contact customer service. This may require a receipt.

First, read your user manual on how you charge the battery.
If it does not work, go to Circuit City with the camera they may tell you how you might get a new battery. If it is not resolved by CC, contact Samsung. Read below.

According Samsung website the part number of the battery for L730 is SLB-0937 You can check your user manual to verify.
