Those with Samsung Soul?

A few questions:

1. Does the camera make sounds when taking pictures and can the sound be muted?
2. Can the front camera take pictures (self-portraits etc.)?
3. Are the touch-sensitive keys oversensitive or difficult to use?
4. I heard that to adjust the volume (during calls) you have to go to Menu, Settings, Phone profiles, options, edit, scroll right, message alert tone. Can you do this in the Silent mode?
5. Is the camera of good quality (e.g what you would expect from a 5MP camera)?
6. Is it a nice phone overall?
