What is better, the LG Viewty or Samsung Tocco?

Im looking for a good touch screen phone (Not a windows mobile or Apple). The best 2 i have seen so far is the Samsung Tocco & the LG Viewty. Which is better?? I'm mainly looking for: Camera quality, MP3 player, e-mailing & texting.

ok all three have all the capabilities you are looking for, both good 5mp cameras as well as being mp3 and email compatable and ofcourse you can text!

ok the viewty i would say has the better camera. The flash and zoom are both better and the largert screen is also a bonus
Also there are a couple of different ways to write texts on the viewty, a normal keypad layout, a QWERTY keyboard and also with the stylus you can also handwrite in the text
the tocco on the other hand only offers you the standard keypad layout
as in ease of use i would say the tocco is alot easier. Also it has the advantage of being a newer phone as the viewty has been out for a while
the tocco also has a funky feature a bit like the gadget bar on windows vista where you can keep all ur fav bits on your homescreen making them easier to get to.
Also i think the tocco looks a bit cooler, the viewty is very bulky whereas the tocco is alot slimmer and more stylish

either way i suggest you try and get a look at both phones. Most phone shops will offer you a demonstration on both phones so pop in and have a look and see what you feel most comfortable using

its hard to say which is better as the both hav the same yet slightly different qualities ... if i had to pick id go for the tocco

edit* wouldnt recomend the w960i ! not only hav sony had alot of problems with there latest phones such as the k850 software problems, w580 cracked buttons and the 910 software problems but also i no in our shop atelast the w960i has been recalled ... your choice

they both have a 5mp camera

im not sure about the txting on both of them but it is bound to be slightly awkward due to the touch sensitivity

the samsung tocco has a new feature which allows you to customize your home screen with a 'drag-and-drop feature'

in my opinion the LG viewty is a bit dated

the music quality will never be as good as sony ericssons but they r both gd quality

i can only advise against the viewty from personal experience, texting was a nightmare! i can't say anyting bout the samsung cos not had one before!

the samsung is far better
the viewty has been so faulty.
the softwear is slow
viewtys and lg are crap
go for the tocco
