Samsung s860 Digital Camera? To buy or not to buy?

i am considering buying the Samsung s860 拢59.99 from Argos and from reading reviews ect most people say its a good buy, but the yahoo community always are very helpful. its a 8.1 megapixal so not bad for the money?
i need a fast shutter speed is 1/2000 good?
Any other suggestions are very welcome considering my criteria of fast and cheap lol.

Samsung is not known for their good work in the field of camera but canon excels in its own innovative looks sd870is has royal looks

samsung is not so good therefore it is less expensive
if u r buying camera spend a little bit more don't compromise with quality as one can't buy camera every year or every month
so spend once but wisely
